FAQ

Common questions

Do you replace our project management consultant (PMC)?

No. Your PMC manages day-to-day execution. We provide an independent second view for the board, investor or lender, checking what is reported and flagging commercial exposure early.

Will an audit slow the project down?

No. We work from records and site visits, outside the approval chain, so billing and RFI turnaround are not affected.

How often should audits run?

It can be a one-time diagnostic, or a monthly or quarterly cycle. Recurring audits are most useful on long programmes or where funding is released in tranches.

What does the board receive?

A concise audit report, a one-page RAG dashboard, a cost-to-complete and completion forecast, and a tracked list of corrective actions with owners.

Do you certify payments or safety?

No. Payment, safety and statutory certification remain with the appointed parties. We review and report on them independently.
