This notice explains how SA Ventra (a proprietorship of Amit Agrawal, 380, 2nd Floor, 6th Cross, 80 Feet Road, RMV, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560094) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Enquiry form: what you enter, namely your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the type of client you are, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Website analytics (only if you click “Accept”): Google Analytics sets cookies that record how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and whether you sent an enquiry or tapped the WhatsApp link. We do not use this to identify you, and we do not use advertising cookies. If you click “Decline”, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details: solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement with you. Analytics: to understand, in aggregate, which pages and services visitors find useful and how many enquiries the site generates. We do not sell your data, use it for unrelated marketing, or share it with anyone except as described below.
Who processes it
Form submissions are received and stored by our website host (Netlify) and forwarded to our business email, which is hosted on Google Workspace. These providers process the data only to host this website and deliver and store our email.
If you accept analytics cookies, usage data is processed by Google (Google Analytics) on our behalf. Google may process this data on servers outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if an engagement follows, for the period required by law and our contract with you. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months.
Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Your cookie choice is stored in your own browser.
Your rights
You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time through Cookie settings (also at the foot of each page), or by clearing cookies in your browser. Choosing “Decline” stops analytics and removes our analytics cookies.
You may also withdraw your consent, and ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, at any time by writing to amit@saventra.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Please do not send confidential documents
The enquiry form is not a secure channel for contracts, drawings or other confidential project documents. We will agree a suitable way to share these if an engagement proceeds.
